Day 1

I was so excited I couldn't sleep last night, so maybe I'll get some rest on the plane...

I fly out of harlingen today at 1, 6 hour lay over in Houston, 8 hour flight to London, 2 hour lay over at Heathrow, 3 hour flight to BARCELONA!!!! We're supposed to have a nice little welcome dinner put on by the hotel tomorrow night.

Europe, HERE I COME!

Packing for Barcelona...

packing for a month long adventure has proven to be more difficult than I originally anticipated. Mom and I spent two hours and $200 at Target this afternoon on odds and ends for my trip. It's really hard to gauge just how much shampoo I'll use in a month or how many pairs of underwear to pack...

I'm glad I started a few days early, this could take a while... 3 days!

1st Blog Post!

So I guess it's time I join the blogging world... I'm a little reluctant to become a member of yet another social site, but I can't wait to share my adventures in Spain with my family and friends and hope this is a great way to do that.
